This sweet young women is moving to St Louis to go to school and do some modeling.  She needed a few images for her portfolio.  I had a blast trying new locations.  We even drove at the end of the session and found a small field of flowers.  So much fun.  Her are a few of my favorites.  I also added a few different ones to facebook.

I had such a great time with this little sweet heart.  She was fun and sassy.  The perfect spring session yet.  If you are thinking about having a session, this is the best time to book.  There were so many cute ones it was hard to choose.  Here are a few favoriates.

I am super excited about these “sessions”.  Newborn session's are unique and special to me because you are capturing a special moment that does not last very long.  I have so many ideas I would like to try and need willing subjects. 

Details on Newborn Casting Call:

• Newborns between the age of  4 – 8 days old 
• Shoot is free of charge and includes $100 print credit (other prints may be purchased at regular rates).  
• Be held at either Angelique’s studio or outdoor location of Angelique’s preference.
• Session is to capture certain images with new props, if time permits, additional poses will be attempted.

I had such a wonderful time with this family.  The kids were amazing and funny.  They just simply loved getting there photograph taken.  There were so many cute ones.  Here is a sneak peak.

A friend of mine had some baby ducks for a few days, so of course I had to run over and get some cute shots of our kids.  Here are a few favorites.

I am announcing a very exciting new series on "mamas".  I will be featuring a mother once a month who has a small business that she started on her own.  It could be a mom who makes baked goods (cakes ect.), interior designer, party planner, teaches art to kids, hair stylist, makes purses, makes jewelry, knits pruses or blankets, dog boutique owner, chef or anything else you can think of.

I will interview the mom and do a mini session and promote her business on my blog.  She will also receive print credit and digtial files to use for marketing, blogs, facebook, website.  Some of the questions include: What makes your product unique? How do you juggle being a women, wife, mother, business owner? Where do you get your inspiration from?  These are just a few of the questions that will be asked. 

If you know someone please nominate them.  Don't be modest.  You may also moninate yourself.  I will feature one mom each month.

I love this image from last year when we had our mini sessions with baby chicks.  I really would love to have another shoot with baby chicks.  If anyone knows someone that is hatching them.  Please contact me.  I am offering a fee shoot during the mini session for the person that refers me.  If you do not know of anyone, spead the word.  I hatched my own baby chicks one year and it was amazing.  We found a nice farm for them.  These photos are precious and will be cherished for many years.
